This is Gru, my personal feisty pup, actually posing for her own pet portrait. Gru is a bit of a challenge, as she's headstrong, a tad mean, and generally uncooperative with every photo I take of her. She's a wonderful subject to practice with, and makes photographing other dogs and pets so much easier. Gru is a Labrador, a breed I have a lot of experience with, silver in color. The best part of getting images like this is we get to have one printed and framed in our home.
